I have a werid feeling in my left arm and the left side of my chest should I be worried ?

I'm only 23 years old and I have had this before but along time ago. Could it just be stress or something more ? I can't sleep at all when I get this werid feeling And it feels like my heart just wants to stop !! And my arm on the left side is just a werid feeling like its sleeping and doest want to walk up .. I need help please what should I be thinking ??
