What do you trust about the guy? You may be being paranoid and only presenting one side of the picture. It's hard to tell, but I will say this. The idea of him having a few drinks with a buddy is nothing to worry about, but I would be worried for him given the aggressive pursuit by this straight neighbor. If you trust your friend, I'd be worried about your friend being d or being manipulated into doing something that he'll regret. I'd worry for him, not for you. And even his heart condition makes me think you're more worried for you. What if he was having a heart attack? How do you think he feels! So, my speculation is that you are selfish and are attracting selfish guys. Giving emotionally means giving, not wanting, and I think you should see a therapist and explore the part of you that led you to this guy, and stay out of a relationship while doing so. If you have fans, you're obviously talented, and should explore your inner depth to realize your potential.
