What's that simpson episode when...?

I don't know who or why but Ned Flanders was giving someone money and then he told rod and todd "kids looks like we're going to have pretend christmas this year" and then rod and todd were like "YEAH!!" Rod was all like "I got a pogo stick" and he was jumping and Todd was like "I got a hula hoop" and he was like spinning his waste or something. lol that was so funny. I think it was season 10. I know it was on one of those seasons that are on DVD because I just saw it a couple days ago on my dvds (I don't remember which season though)
