Can you help me out with my Ovulation?? PLEASE?

I had a positive opk on Feb 23rd and 24th, I usually have had a 34-39 day cycle, with ovulation around day 21ish...Feb. 25th would have been day 21, however, i dont think i ovulated. Reason being, my cervix is still high and soft, and also my temp actually dropped this morning...this is the first month that i have been temping so it could be somewhat inaccurate. That is why i am having such a difficult time reading my signs and knowing if i actually did ovulate or if i am ovulating today? Also, I am on estrogen pills right now and clomid, and i did read that the estrogen can make your temp decrease, if this is right, i may have already ovulated, but i wont be able to tell by my temp. Can you give me any advice please?? also, went to the Dr. on the 24th and had an ultrasound, my follicle was at 25mm by 28mm, and she said she thought within the next 24 hours i would be ovulating. today is 48 hours already, im so confused!!
