I am a beginning rider and am wondering if a 2008 Kymco Venox 250. Is it dependable & tell me more about it.?

Bike is a V-twin, DOHC engine. weighs 418.5 pounds. Please tell me more about what you know about this bike first and then what you consider a better bike if not this one. I like the look of the bike and and price of MSRP of $4200.00. Would consider anything else with same look and price range.
