What color do I use for the ceiling of my bedroom?

My Hubbie and I just painted our room and are debating on the color of the ceiling? We painted a focal wall Gray, and the rest of our walls White Chocolate (an off white color)... My question is should I follow the White Chocolate color all the way up to the ceiling or should I leave it a solid White??
