Scoobyyy doo episode!!!?

hey! so i've been trying to figure out what this episode was called for awhile now. it's a special scooby doo episode..that i used to love. i'm pretty sure scooby and shaggy meet up with different monsters..including a girl that looked like bride of Frankenstein? and they are all competing in a car race? i wish i could remember more..but if anyone has any info let me know!! thank you so much
