If we are blaming all the Muslims for 9-11, is it then appropriate, that other sects are blamed for carnage's?

I do blame the good muslims for not speaking out against the muslim extremists. Instead, they sit on their hands, probably out of fear, and do nothing to help protect their own religion and its reputation.
