Celeron M 430 1.73ghz how good is this processor by todays standards?

i have been offered a hp pavilion slimline pc, complete for 150 quid, and i am a bit out of touch with pcs nowadays. how would this compare against a amd atherlon 2.1ghz? would i be dissapointed. any answers would help, thanks kindly
