What's the most extraordinary Canadian meal you've ever had, and why?

Ironically, the best Canadian meal I had was in Mexico. There is a pizza place in the city of Cuauhtemoc, Chihuahua called "Los Arcos". This restaurant is owned by mennonites who immigrated to Mexico from Canada years ago. They still keep their Canadian taste. The pizza I liked was the one with cheese and something like ham. The meat was organic and the cheese was freshly made in the Canadian/Mennonite style. I ate so much that day. The food and place also gives you a sense of hard work and the use of traditional old-fashioned styles in cooking.
