Ivory Coast! What is the United Nations (UN) doing about the conflict in Ivory Coast?

The United Nations seem to be rather concerned about oil rather than people's lives. Ivory coast is having a civil war and they are not doing much about it. What is the purpose of the United Nations? They are only in Libya because of the OIL nothing else. It really shows how shallow their thinking is. Wake up United Nations (UN)
