What are my chances with my ex, getting her back?

Well, I was with this girl for over a year and we split cause had some issues. Wasn't that long after, approximately one month, I called her up and told her that I was sorry for everything and that I loved her with all my heart. She came to me a couple days later and said she met someone else. She said she had feelings for this guy. She had only known him about 15 days till this point. She told me that she still loves me too, but she can't leave this guy because of a certain cirstance. He was just arrested the night before, for a fight, is in jail and (cause he is here on a VISA) may be deported. Two months have ped since this happened and everyday me and her talk for hours on the phone. I tell her I love her and she says she can't say that it to me, but yes she has strong feelings for me. We also see each other all the time, well really cause we do work around each other, but after work we go and get something to eat. Next thing shocked me, yes we have a kiss here and there, but in the last 3 weeks or so we have been intimate more than 3 times. She still says to m that she can't make any decision yet, she is gong on vacation and will be gone for about 3 weeks and it will help her clear her head and to focus. You know how you can look at our significant other and see that love in their eyes and actions with you, well I see it daily from her. In her gaze, the way her voice is, the way she kisses me. Does anyone think I may get her back? I love her with all my heart. Most people say get over her, give up, if you love something and set free and it comes back its meant to be... But truely, what are my chances?
