Where can i watch theater movies online free&&no download?

Ive used Google but no sites worked without having to download something or paying.It needs to be free&&no downloading or spam.There's a site that my uncle used but he wont tell me and it had good quality movies and they where in the movie theaters and he didn't have to pay.All i really want to watch is the new Winnie The Pooh movie in Theaters.Please help.!
