Shouldn't those guys in Libya better use the ammo to improve their aiming skills ..?

You know, if my very life depended on a bunch of heavily-armed foreigners enforcing a no-fly zone, shooting into the air would be the last thing I'd do. I have this thing against JDAMs exploding me into microscopic bits. But as a man of the world, I recognize that other cultures have no such issues, and do not let the threat of explosive death deter their demonstrations of machismo.
