School Problems...plzz helpp?

Well, I would choose the school with around 100 students, because your cles would be smaller and the teacher can pay more attention to each individual student, which usually equals higher grades. And it would be less cliquey. But the downside would be that you would have less of a variety of cles to choose from, but you can always transfer :D
