If you're dating someone do you *have* to introduce them to your family?

No. You're under no obligation to introduce them to your family....until and unless he asks to be introduced. At that point, do him the courtesy, if for no other reason than to satisfy him that you weren't raised by wolves, aren't an orphan or come from a long line of lunatics.
