I believe confusion swarms this concept.............?

Maybe there isn't as big a difference as you think. If someone offends you you'll retaliate. Some people may be offended easily, so they retaliate more quickly and often than others. I don't think its being nasty or having an attitude problem, I think its a self esteem problem. And I think self esteem problems of course would be more common in minorities and thats why its the minorities who lash out more often.
