How can i get emancipated?

I get treated like crap at home and cant take it...i dnt really get abused but theres been alot of incidents tht are jus too much and i cant stand it.... i cant keep livin like this...i know ima a lil young(13) but i really want to be emancipated and i need to know how to do it.PLEASE HELP
