Worst morning ever! I don't know what to do ?

Ok, my boyfriend and I live together and we have for 3 years now. I have had my cat for at least a year or more before meeting him. I love my cat very much and would never consider getting rid of her! This morning after getting to bed very late and tossing and turning all night I am rudely awaken after 4am by my boyfriend yelling and running around with a flashlight looking for my cat. He said she peed on his clothes in his closet. I don't leave for work until 8am and he kept this up all the way until maybe 15min before I had to leave and then fell asleep and I was almost late for work because he shut my alarm off. I had the worst morning ever but he swears he is getting rid of the cats. He also has one. But our cats love each other and get along great. Both female. Has anyone ever dealt with a cat peeing for no reason? And a boyfriend that wont let up? Now, I know cats should not be peeing on our stuff (she has never did anything to any of my stuff, ever!) But I was half asleep this morning and I cant believe how he acted and kept waking me up with his yelling and banging! Oh I am pregnant also. So how can I fix this? Why is she peeing? Her littler is clean always.
