Who's the most "hopeless" NFL team right now?

I think it's the Browns because they have no quarterback, their wide receivers aren't explosive, their overall talent isn't that good and their coach sucks. Eric Mangini was the wrong guy to hire from the start. They need to rebuild that team from absolute scratch and draft Jake Locker to be the man behing the resurrection of the Browns.
