Where can i find a boot similar to this but not as expensive?

They used to have some like that at target for $40, maybe they still do. Try places like Steve Madden or Aldo or Bakers. The 70s boho look is very popular for this spring & summer so they'll be in all the lower priced shoe stores over the next few months.
