How am i going to tell mum i'm pregnate at 16?

i need some help i'm 16 and i just found out i'm pregnate i have talked to my boyfriend about it and we both want to keep it.....i want to tell my mum soon but i'm not sure how i should do it or what to say......i'm worryed shes goignto try and make me have an abortion or neva tlk to me again can someone please help me
