Do conservatives really think this is tyranny?

No they don't; its a selling point to regain trust and add further ruin to what they started during the Bush Administration. After all; what major legislation have they produce as an alternate and better solution than the Obama Administration. Saying "No" like a parrot doesn't equate to success; or stability.
