Can someone fix my eyebrows for me in photoshop, or tell me how to do it myself? Blergh.?

Your eyesbrows look fine, bit if you really want to edit them, go to filter, liquify, freeze mask tool, then draw around the section you don't want to edit, then select the foward rap tool, then move your eyebrow to where you want it.
