There is a high risk that the primary custodial parent will attempt to abduct the children to their home country of Mexico. Since we can't trust the border patrol or airlines to demand and follow the divorce decree which will forbid that, what provision can we put in the divorce papers that will deter the parent from doing this? I'm looking for monetary compensation to offset the child support amount. Idealy, we'd ask that the child support obligation become null if the prim. custodial parent illegally relocates. However, I doubt the judge will agree. Might he agree to credit the paying parent's child support account?
